Topic: Age difference in relationship. Does it really matters?

my last girlfriend was 11 years older than me. me, personally, I like older women. not too old, of course. but I'm 26, somewhere in like the early to mid 40s is my limit.

As long as they aren't jail bait. To some, age doesn't matter. To others it does. I have no interest in dating someone my son's age. A 5 yr difference, either way, works for me that where i disagree. i have been married to 19 yrs older and it works. but as long as over 18 and can so proof then age is a number on paper. Ok but that is you and your preference. I spoke mine But it shows my post was correct. Some care, some don't Exactly it all depends on you and the other person.

I think it matters when it's a big enough age gap to create misunderstandings or lack of similarities.

I prefer closer to my age for the ideal match for me. Yet I am open to a younger guy 45 to 65 would be fine.if we are compatible just not to much of a extreme age difference. I am young at heart but a old soul at 58.

I prefer older women. I have always dated women well over my age. At age 18 I dated a 26 yr old. When I was in college I dated 2 women that where in he 40's. My ex is 5 years older than me. I dated a woman my age when i was in my 30s...it was horrible for some reason. Im in my late 40s and the only women that want to talk to my are 20 yr olds. Thats too young for me. I dont want to date someone that I can be their dad. Thats not my thing, but some guys like young females. I dont find young woman sexy at all. Pretty, but not datable or sexy too me.

Yes but not younger with more than 3years but can date someone older.. All depends on if you see peace and honesty in the reLationship.

There is no right or wrong answer here. What matters is how each feel about it. If both parties feel ok with it then who is to say they can't date?

i think we would work for awhile, but I think eventually two people have to get together And I think relationships can work in any situation if both partner are truly committed to each other.
