Thank you La Mom, I have just been trying to get her out of my mind and thought this was a good way to release her has it is effecting many aspects of my life, I cant even sing anymore has when I do I still see her watching me. I have been signed to sing as a national recording Artist and well her memories are holding me back.

My days start with this prayer

Wakan Tanka, Great Mystery,
teach me how to trust
my heart,
my mind,
my intuition,

not so hard to travel on,,
