Awwww Best fish 'n chips shops are in Australia, not England no more, and we can beat the Brits by miles when it comes to it When I was a kid, I used to fish for catfish in Danube River. My town of birth is right on the banks of the biggest river crossing 8 countries in Europe...DANUBE RIVER. The best size for catfish is 10 to 15 cmm long. Rolled in plain flour or polenta and straight for deep fry. ( No need for gutting either, just straight ) The skin comes out so crispy and tasty, better than fry chicken I WILL NEVER FORGET THE TASTE OF IT . Yumm ..LOL
