it seem to be very gloomy this time of year for many.. i had a ex bf that died on thanksgiving last year and hes been on my mind lately, in fact his mom called me ot see how i was doing... i was thinking of going to the grave as i havent been there sense the funeral.. but its been raining alot otday so i didnt go but hopeing to go before or by thanksgiving.. if i dont go untill after then i think it would be ok

Awww... :( I'm sorry Queen, that must make the season pretty hard to get through...

I'm personally a pretty big fan of the holidays ^_^ though I wish they wouldn't play Christmas music until after Thanksgiving was over...

Yes the holidays can be a very difficult time for many. I have to keep reminding myself that things aren't as bad as they could be. Yes perhaps my children have to be with their dad on thanksgiving, but I'll be seeing them all on another day. AND THIS YR. I get to see them ON CHRISTMAS DAY!!!!! That was the killer for me last yr.

For all of those who will be lonely on Thanksgiving, let's keep intouch on that day in this forum.. I'll be there for ya!!!!
