Topic: New to dating sites any advice for Me PROS & CONS??

I haven't been on the dating scene in well let's just say a long time, any advice or heads up for a clueless tech challenged gal. I can't figure out half these site. Still don't understand KIK Don't laugh to hard at me.

Use the site filters if you want to restrict the people whom can contact you to only those meeting the type you want to meet. Welcome to Mingle2 and good luck in your search.

Thank you did not know about filters If you haven't found the page already. Click on Account at the top, then Settings next to Logout, then click on, Limit who can send you mail, from there you can set your filters.

Still don't understand KIK Don't laugh to hard at me. Kik can be an anonymous texting app. It is not affiliated with this site in any way. Be careful how much personal info you give out on the internet. Trust your gut. If some one is too good to be true. Or try to get you offside too soon then they might not be who they say they are. Have fun, be yourself, and be safe.

Thanks for the advice as well, but why are the local people, in my case, Victoria,,, not responding? They might be busy in real life. Job, kids, drunk at the bar. or they might not be actively on this site any more and forgot to deactivate their account. Plus some people do not respond to profiles with out a picture or are what they consider to be blank profiles. Um yea there are a many reasons why people do or not do what they do.
