We use the word LOVE very commonly in our world today,but it does seem we don't really understand the depth of meaning it conveys. We don't understand the everlasting demand it places on us when you tell that Man or woman that you love her.
I am learning by experience that what most people judge to be love are merely fleeting infatuation from emotions.
Love goes way beyond emotions. Its spiritual. If you like from the human spirit or innermost being or core---way down from within.
Hence,its not easily quenched by external influences. Its sacrificial.
Emotions are easily influenced by happenstances. No wonder the whole thing ends sonner than it began.
Most people cannot love. What a beautiful place our world would have been only if we can love.
Selfishness is the biggest threat to love.
