My friend stop being friends with me because of her new friend who is a meth head I use to do drugs but I am not into that now she is on this web site and I know she will have something to say she always does I just think no matter what she should put everything a side. I have been her friend for 27 years And I knoew I have done things she does not like but so has her new friend so tell me what you think

im glad youve put away the drugs probably in order to take care of your child you are doing the right thing but obviosly youre friend doesnt seem to understand that well thats usually the way it goes and if she doesnt want to be youre friend because you chose to be more responsible than she wasnt really a friend after all or she would understand continue to do the right thing and be proud that youve chosen to do so and make a better life for you and your child...

I also have to say I had some friends over and she did not like it But I was paying rent. I give up I am done with her I am also upset because her mother just passed away. Her mother was like a grandma to me. I cryed for a week when she passed away She did not ask me to sit with the family but the meth head did sit with them. She had only know this women 6 months

in the meth world the ones who are doing the drugs will hang together you know this youve been there and if youre not than youre no longer in that circle of friends get use yo it ..its all about the drugs make new friends and take care of yourself and kid and distance yourself from them you and your kid will be better off....

i have seen kids who have only had popsicles for dinner so that their dad could buy more drugs ..a little girl whose teeth were all black and could have used a dentist but the dad would spend his last ten dollars for drugs instead if you stay around them you might become tempted so for your kids sake and yours it would be better off to stay away from them..i know youve been friends for years but are you willing to put youre kids well being at stake to remain friends..you may not like what im saying..but im speaking from experience..you are 27 what would happen if you got busted its time to grow up no one remains a kid forever...

hotmom, I agree pretty much that you don't need to be a part of that drug (meth) scene. You have to think of your kids now. So if she is so upset that you won't do drugs with her, then time to just put some space between you and her. She may come to her senses some day, but for now, best to stay away from that. You can always chose whether or not to give her a way to contact you in case she comes to her dead end and needs you for a friend without doing meth.

I agree tomb,my ex brother-in-law is an alcoholic and i have heard him say "if i don't have money for beer than i don't have money for groceries"and he has 3 kids!.i got pissed when i heard him say it because those are my nieces and nephew! hotmom,i also agree that you should try to find new friends,otherwise you're other friends will just try to get you back into meth.one of my cousins is a meth-head and i've seen what it can do,do whatever you can to stay away from it.hell,i'm only a few hours northeast of ya,i'll come down and hang out with you sometime if ya want?
