Why does a man get on this site and trash women? I'm not naming anyone but he started this topic and can't show his face. he has no class. Some men trash women just because they can & it makes them feel more like man. (never mind the fact that they probably don't like or respect women to begin with) And before 10,000 angry men respond, the same goes for women - it works both ways. |

 Hamburger Helper I had to eat that stuff so much when I was a teenager living with my brother while he was in the Military.. That is one thing you will never see in my house as well as my brother...
One time I went to my folks cabin on North Shore, Tahoe (Incline) my stepmother said 'The pantry is loaded' so we took no food. Got there in the middle of the snowy night starved, opened the pantry and there were about 70 boxes of Hamburger Helper. No hamburger mind you. That was her idea of a 'stocked' pantry. I canna even sneak up on that stuff. I asked a supermarket clerk where I could find "Scratch". Remembered that mom and others could make almost anything from it. Apparently it's a universal foodstuff. The clerk thought I was trying to be funny and walked away.

I am peeved now though... Thinking of all the great meals I could've had over the last 4 years and missed out on... I could've been eating steak, lamb, salmon, great salads and fresh greens, soup etc. etc. Dang dang hot dangit! Esp concerning the lamb! Sigh... |
