I'm sorry, but so far, all I am seeing is a lot of rather absurd political opinionating going on with this. Just as happens with EVERY President's appointees, before they've done anything at all.

There is no functional difference between the people who are angrily declaring them to be horrible in advance, and those who are declaring them to be wonderful. It's all very annoying and uninformative.

I find the most annoying part about this, as to Trump as compared to previous Presidents, is that (perhaps because Trumps supporters are sensitive about his complete lack of political experience) his advocates are leaping to declare in advance of ANYTHING AT ALL, that Trump's appointees are somehow magically superior to all who came before. It makes them look a LOT worse than they would, if his supporters simply allowed them to stand up for and prove themselves in action.

There's nothing at all new about putting rich businessmen into government positions. That's been done by every President of both the major parties, since the beginning. Even Trump's decisions to appoint people who have zero knowledge of, or even direct opposition to the tasks embodied in the posts to which he appointed them, has been done by others before.

So please. ENOUGH with the jumping up and down to proclaim Trump to be brilliant, or an evil genius, in advance of any ACTUAL results.

none are so blind as those who don't see. You can refuse to state the obvious , but it does'nt change the fact that trump is doing just as he promised he would. He's getting stuff done, to the cheers of over half the country. The differance is your guy was there for himself( a free ride for him and his agitators ) and he got very little done. Mostly to the detriment of America . So yes I am impressed with Our President and he will make America great again.

signing orders is not getting things 'done'

anymore than saying you are going to bake a pie means a pie will appear

,,,time will tell what gets 'done'

Ironic of you to use the adage "none so blind as those who will not see," while you are refusing to read or comprehend anything that I wrote which you quoted. In addition to assigning loyalties to me which you can not support factually, because they don't exist.

Something got done on Saturday that should have been done a few years back..A ban on would be terrorists from coming into this country. We can't do much to stop the terrorists that are already her and just waiting to act but we are finally doing something positive to keep others out. Common sense should tell us this is a good start. That's just one of many policy's this president has put in place or struck down, I wish democrats be more supportive . If you keep beating up on a person than there's not much of a chance that person will be willing to work with you in the future. Pick your fight but support something.

it is not necessarily a good start because

the countries banned are NOT countries from which terrorists have hailed

there was/is already a vetting process for entrance to the US for people from those countries

the ban impacts REFUGEES based upon religion,,,

its a terrible message to any middle eastern allies, to muslims around the world, and more of a risk to our future safety than any prospective visitors from these countries has ever been

not to mention there was NO thought given to the logistics or long term impact

more emotional reaction without logical thought or planning,,

I didn't say it was a perfect plan only a good start. Of the seven country's on the ban list , 5 of them were from Obamas list of possible terror risks. And he should know where the extremists come from. Saudi Arabia should be on that list also ... About the ban inviting more risk than the people coming from these country's , I can't agree with that. I think these jihadists who want to do us harm is already planted in their reasoning. With or without the ban. They will stop at nothing.and I do not want our children or grandchildren to have to deal with something that this generation should defeat now.

it wasnt obamas list, but in any case, the vwp that keeps being referenced by his supporters was not a BAN of any type. It was only an end to the 'free pass' that allowed some immigrants entry without a visa

the visa process involves vetting

no reason for those who had the vetting to be banned

also current jihadists are set, but people 'on the fence' or people who saw us as allies, can be much more easily turned if they are instead shown by our actions that we are not,,,
