Finally, a night in Dallas where it's cold enough I can have a fire. Now, just a glass of wine, a bite to eat, and American Beauty. I'm way behind on movies and was loaned this following Little Miss Sunshine.

Just the furnace and a six pack here. It has the same effect.

Well, granted, I'm sure Ohio is freezing but on the 3-4 times a year it dips below 50 in Dallas, we have to take advantage of it when we can. Mmmm, snow, such a novelty.

I am way behind on this thread - but i think it's important to point out that NO ONE is authorized to have wine and a fire without me there. I apologize for this, but it is policy. I don't make the rules, people, i just enforce them.

freezing here in maryland....was so nice around 60 this morning then the rain and wind came now its like 28 out...fireplace is going, and having some egg nog..yummmm---and of course talking to all my lovely crazies here on jsh...perfect night

I'm currently in Norcal, which means the weather sucks regardless of what time of the year it is. I miss Sandy Eggo.

Uuuuggghhhh, Winter! I guess it is a novelty if you never really have it, snow, blizzards, below zero temps........I will take Summer!
