I have wasted time writing to a potential contact, only to be told that I do not have permission, or authorization, to write to this person. Why in the world don't you tell me that beforehand, before I pour out my heart to a potential contact? This is absolutely ridiculous, and it is not the first time this has happened. What gives?

Actually all one has to do is read the profile all the way and scroll down it will show what the options are for e-mailing that particle person...
So it is there, if you do not meet the filters they have set then you can not e-mail that person.. Hope this helps.. Enjoy the site... Site Mod Kristi |

Probably not a good idea to write too much intimately until a communication with another has been successfully attained as you may seem to needy or intrusive. Patience and learning how to converse with others is needed to gain sufficient trust here as many are overly cautious and need gentle approaches that are less invasive or intense until greater sharing has been achieved,..
