Dude seems to have an attitude. If he does, might just wind up "alone with no friends at all", which would be a pity. Humans were not meant for that. I hope things get better.

If you are looking for a woman 15 years younger, you need money. laugh
Nothing wrong about having a little money is there?

I'll have crackers with that cheese and whine thanx.
Got a violinist to go with that ?

I've been looking, putting myself out there, and asking ladies out for just a date with no expectations for about 7 years now; got not a single one; not even a peck on the cheek for even longer time. Heard lots of reasons and excuses though. Seen several ladies I liked or loved prefer other men who seemed attractive to them but were duds in the end, so they find another dud with airs and graces and bling. Huh?

I know I'm wasting my time here since there are very few south aussies on this site, (or on any site) but it's more interesting than tv; (less interesting than smoking pot and relaxing with bob marley); I could do with hoovering a huge cone or two - mary jane doesn't reject anyone but the cops do. Could the good doctor write me out a legal prescription?

Yes I have an attitude, I'm not a wishywashy do nothing say nothing mouse.
The squeaky wheel gets the oil; If you don't ask, you don't get.
The way things are going, I'd have better luck staying home watching tv soapies with mary jane anyway; at least it wouldn't hurt so much -until the end. Even the god botherers don't visit anymore; they hate it when you know more about the origins of their beliefs than they do.

I'm still none the wiser as to what you want, ladies.
You don't need security and stability for child raising since that time has been and gone. You don't need a bread winner and housing since by now that is sorted.
You want someone who makes you laugh and likes dining out. You like muscle bound debonaire gold chain wearing loud sleazy con artists from what I see, at least until you catch them out. You like the facade of wealth and respectability and 'happy families' in public, while complaining to confidants about everything that is going wrong at home with your chosen one, but never leave them.
Do you need to look successful to society while living a lie, and putting up with sub-standard in order to maintain your image?

At least I'm up front and honest, and state clearly what I want, and demonstrate who I really am without window dressing and fake posturing.
Sure, I may come across as a whining loser; I have lost a lot, and have much to whine about- fake 'friends', lying fakes in the family, a whole culture of fakes surrounding me and governing me - and you. I'm still me in my finest regalia, and after a filthy greasy job, and after camping for a week or more.

When the power goes out and the faeces hits the rotary ventilator, I know I'll still be thriving, while the pretty boys find that their suits, computer skills, shiny things, big lies, and impressive facades are useless.

Come on, serve it up to me now!

I like red wine; sweet - not dry, port, muscat, sherry, with body and flavour.
Blue vein cheese melted over vegemite toast; vintage cheddar on crackers with sweet spiced gherkin rounds and a slice of kabana or hot sremska - yum.
I'd also like to have a partner again; anything wrong with that?

Notbeold: Looking at your profile, may I make two suggestions: One is to add more head-and-shoulder closeups to your pictures, as the two seen are long shots. The second is that you are blessed with hair that other 55-year-old-men would envy. But in keeping it that long you might be limiting the amount of women who find it attractive if you're not a rock star. You might consider getting it styled shorter...a style that says more "Richard Gere" instead of "left-over hippie".
Of course it's your choice. I'm on your side. Good luck!

Young mature meaning not young, 35-40 and upward, but still fully able, not crippled with fatigue, arthritis or excuses.
Good sensible suggestions mike, thanks.

Well at least someone looked at my profile from this, better than nothing!
I would have preferred a nice local lady, but oh well. :)
