Call a Realtor to help you out. They have properties that aren't in the paper.

CELL PHONE
CAR PAYMENT
CAR INSURANCE
CREDIT CARD BILL

That doesn't include food, clothing, gasoline(cars don't run on water), laundry. And those are just the basics.

Yes, I've thought about adding on a roommate. But the money I'd save pales in comparison to the total privacy I've got. I'll keep the privacy.

It is sad that we can hardly afford to live on our own these days on one income... I will be looking soon myself. Just moved in with two of my kid's to save money for a little while.

Look on the bright side at least u havent got a roommate that is slpitting the bills and all of a sudden quits his job to and i quote "better himself" with no job to fall back on. leaving you to now pay for everything.
