i have to drink this awful stuff in 15 minutes in preparation for a colonoscopy

stay close to the bathroom. i did that a few years ago and it was ugly because i was a half acre away from the house when it took effect.

Don't think about it, just get it down. After spending hours in the bathroom with the results of what drinking that stuff will do to you, you'll be thinking, "getting it down was the easy part".
Benefits to it, you lose five pounds. Worth it to be able to have a thorough colonoscopy and not hear the words, "You'll have to return, your not cleaned out enough". Remember an ounce of prevention is worth it's weight in gold or BM as this thread is about. |

I agree with Judy just drink it down fast and stay close to the bathroom. I had one a year ago and that was the worst part. Good thoughts coming your way
