I haven't owned a TV in 6 years but I still no better than to watch a Detroit Lions game... the Lions suck... so does the city of Detroit in my opinion... and living within an hour of the place, I can say that for good reason... (I agree, Miami sucks, too... )

Its futile to watch the Tigers, too.. usually the Tiger's season goes JUST like this... they come out rippin' and tearing and winning... until all the season tickets are sold... at which time they typically lose the rest of the season...

I watched the Tigers THROW the World Series last year... they kept a dirt-ball throwing pitcher in for SEVEN innings... his eyes were glassy as hell, and he looked like he was high as hell on coke... in the last game of the 2006 World Series series that would have (if they had won) sent them to the next game and at least given them a fighting chance... He threw dirt balls through all seven innings and the left him in... that's not sports... I call that a Mafia Las Vegas pay-off dive... The Mafia evidently told the Tigers to take a dive in that game, so they left that crappy pitcher in for 7 innings of the most important game of the entire season

One more reason I think all pro sports are actually rigged at the beginning of the season... some guy named "Guido" from Las Vegas already know who is going to win the ten next Super Bowls, World Series, Stanley Cups, etc, etc... its not about good clean competition and hasn't been for decades... its all about paying sissy-fied over-paid coke heads to wander around unenthusiastically on whatever playing surface is their meet

I hadn't watched any sporting event in tears, and my first in years was to watch the Tigers completely THROW the World Series... I could care less who would have won in the first place, but they were so damn obvious about it... usually the pitcher that continually throws dirt balls and walks guys gets yanked and replaced by one out of the bull pen... but they left this guy in for 7 innings... 7... there are own 9 innings in the entire game...

Guido and Luigi in Las Vegas were very happy with the Tigers that day... all of the money they waged on the other team really paid off...
