No annie. It was with my lovely group of dance friends. They are like family to me :)

It was amazing.
My date was a dream. A real gentleman. opened the door, pulled my chair only enough for me to sit on.
Not much of a dancer but danced every dance with me.
Said I looked beautiful.
I felt like a queen for the night.
He stayed the night in the spare room because he lives in another town. (true story, don't get any wako ideas, lol).
We cooked breakfast together and went for a walk around the mount.

Man Peggy this is a big improvement to the rubbish dumped my ex husband took me to for a first date.

We have been on a lot of outings.
We are good friends at the moment but who knows what will happen in the future.

No. actually , I give myself a specified amount of time to whine, panic, be bitter or go into a dark place. I try to stay away from folks during that time to avoid contaminating them with my funk .

After I get the angst out , I generally start poking fun at myself for being such a party pooper, and I remind myself how blessed I am to have my health , food in my stomach, a roof over my head and loving family and friends. And I try to focus on that until the next wave of funk hits me and the cycle starts all over again

I really think your persistence will pay off Pink and I admire you for it.

I was unemployed for over a year many years ago.I sent out 75 applications , and kept getting rejected.It was really rough. I even thought about suicide during that time. All I can tell you is that God/ the universe is seeing everything you are doing and you will be rewarded accordingly. Im confident of it .

And when you do , your family at mingles will be celebrating with you . The drinks are on us!

At the moment snowed under studies and working.

It has been stressful but I have learnt so much about myself and what I can handle.
A good learning curve.
