AND VALIDATE FAVORITE FEELINGS....CHANGE A BELIEF, CHANGE THE OUTCOME. AN

Respectfully, Sparky, but that's simply some New Age crap. If it was true it would apply to everything and not JUST the relationship with others.
No one "believes" in being homeless after the bank takes their home and no one believes in losing their job and no one "believes" that their country will be bombed out of existence and no one "believes" their home will invaded by thugs...
That New Age crap was invented to make you FELL like you have control in your life while the contrary is true.
And complete control over your choices throughout your life remains to be proven.
