The past is something that we all learn from,it is our hearts that take most of the punishment, but they too mend and grow to appreciate the past and prepare for the future. The hard part is letting go and not keeping your heart inclosed from further punishment.

Thanks song...ever since I wrote that poem I have since then learn to release the past and figure out my pains and the what went wrongs. I feel better now that I got it out the way.

That was beautiful my friend, must have missed this one while I have been sick.
But the past is the past and all we can do now is make for a bettet tomorrow so later when we look back we did the best we could and made a better tomorrow.
