Yes. The good old days. Too many people now. It also sucks that the forests are being locked up in many areas which further condenses people together. I come across WAY too many locked forest gates.

That's the truth and alot of those gates are on public land too. I like four wheeling but people are ruining that by tearing the landscape up. Deep ruts and fording streams where they shouldnt

I honestly have spent so much time thinking about this and I have only had a few trips that were interesting where we had to break camp and leave.

I think for me the "worst camping trip was when I was a remote hunting guide cook. We had to be airlifted out due to the bear problem. No fish... No berries, we had all the cans and trip wires around camp and the big Boar was coming in no matter what..

Still was a great trip... I love each and every time I go camping whether it is a back pack trip or a luxury trip with all the comforts of home
