there is no crickets,,, retroactive means AFTER an action occurred

the question was asked in the form : there was nothing marked classified

which is not true if things were marked classified AFTER ,, the definition of 'retroactively'

a more interesting question would have included the words 'at the time'

According to testimony before Congress AND during Comey's press conference He specifically said there were "classified documents at the time"

Sorry M.S. you should watch these hearings and pressers more carefully

thats ok,, I watch those of interest

this didnt qualify

more partisan nitpicking, imho

from politifact:

Even though just two emails out of many thousands were marked classified at the time they were sent, it’s more than the number Clinton cited: zero.

In total, the investigation found 110 emails in 52 email chains containing information that was classified at the time it was sent or received. Eight chains contained top secret information, the highest level of classification, 36 chains contained secret information, and the remaining eight contained confidential information. Most of these emails, however, did not contain markings clearly delineating their status.

MARKED classified 2 emails,, 2 emails out of thousands,,,,whoa

SAP and Top Secret are not Marked CLASSIFIED. People who have access to these programs KNOW they are classified just by their nature.

Very few in government, even Congressmen, can't see these emails yet they were kept on a server that didn't even have the protection level as Gmail according to Director Comey.

MARKED classified 2 emails,, 2 emails out of thousands,,,,
Bull....Mother....Fricking ......$hit!

_______________

From the group of 30,000 e-mails returned to the State Department, 110 e-mails in 52 e-mail chains have been determined by the owning agency to contain classified information at the time they were sent or received. Eight of those chains contained information that was Top Secret at the time they were sent; 36 chains contained Secret information at the time; and eight contained Confidential information, which is the lowest level of classification. Separate from those, about 2,000 additional e-mails were “up-classified” to make them Confidential; the information in those had not been classified at the time the e-mails were sent.

For example, seven e-mail chains concern matters that were classified at the Top Secret/Special Access Program level when they were sent and received. These chains involved Secretary Clinton both sending e-mails about those matters and receiving e-mails from others about the same matters. There is evidence to support a conclusion that any reasonable person in Secretary Clinton’s position, or in the position of those government employees with whom she was corresponding about these matters, should have known that an unclassified system was no place for that conversation.

That is DIRECTLY from James Comeys report.....your spin is nothing but absolute agenda bull $hit.

And that is not from some fricked up left wing Politico hack website. Thats in the FBI directors own words.

there is no debate

there are three different issues

being classified
being classified at the time
and being MARKED classified at the time

the conspiracy trying to imply some intentional dishonesty or misconduct is what I dont grasp on to like the hilary haters do...

your backpeddling now... first is was "contains" classifed vs "marked" classifed, now you put a time stamp on it? if it says "classied" anywhere in the document, then it's classifed... not real hard to figure out...

Just looked at the start of this thread and saw:

Women often find self-promotion difficult even outside the realm of politics

Why is this statement included in a comment about HRC?

I don't know if its true that women find self promotion more difficult than men do - if it is true, its probably one of the many reasons that women (in general) choose to make less than men do (in general).

But HRC clearly has no trouble promoting herself. The problem is, the modern internet era makes it so much harder to hide the facts and to control the message.

it is included in relation to the point of how unpopular it is for women to seek power,, EVEN amongst women

HRC is shown to be more popular in office than when seeking office

So, you stated there were only 2 classified e-mail, and you were proven wrong on that.

You were asked if you watched the hearing or read the report from the FBI, you stated:

thats ok,, I watch those of interest

this didn't qualify

So you are commenting on a report that you neither listened to or read...which means you are ill informed. Which is the same as not knowing what you are talking about.

Have you ever written a book report on a book you haven't read?... seems you are doing that right here.

Have a nice day, time for me to go out and enjoy the sun a bit ;)

no,I didnt say there were 2 emails
the state department representative,, Kirby, announced there were 2
look it up

the FBI press release announced that out of those she didnt release when she initially ran( what hates call deleted or imply were hidden)

there were 3 emails

"With respect to the thousands of e-mails we found that were not among those produced to State, agencies have concluded that three of those were classified at the time they were sent or received, one at the Secret level and two at the Confidential level."

I have researched, like I normally do, what I have posted
