I have never tasted sushi before. I love fish but dont think i would like it raw. Any reviews on sushi?

Not all sushi contains raw fish. You should try it. You can get vegetarian rolls and there are also some that contain cooked ingredients. A California roll is one I think that does not have raw fish in it. It depends on the restaurant. My personal favorites are tuna, eel and salmon rolls.

I think to try it out... Get some california rolls with shrimp or ???

then get a couple of items that are raw and try it I personally like it raw shrimp, halibut, and tuna with a bit of coconut amino's and wasabi.. Yum

Sushi is delicious. But since you've never tried it before start off with simple ones at first.... like veggie rolls, such as the california roll is a good one to start with. And the second one since it would be your first time should be a cooked one like a tempura roll so try shrimp tempura roll. Its really good has a good crunch and you cant go wrong with shrimp. After those two.....take it up another level. To see what you like or dont like. It should always be a fish that you love.. then go to ones you havent tried . To gradually introduce you palette to new flavors and textures. I cant live without sushi i have been a sushi fiend for 5 years now and i cant live without it. I love all types of fish....my favs are salmon, yellowtail, tuna and eel.
