Topic: Technical Question HELP!!!! | |
---|---|
Several months ago, my daughter did SOMETHING to her computer that makes web pages and lettering GIANT. You can hardly read anything because it looks like a 55 font size or something. It is driving me insane. I can't seem to find the problem or fix it. Can someone tell me some things to look for? I have lost hope on fixing this!

look at the screen resolution. would bet that she set it to a tiny screen size
bring your page up an go to view there should be an area for font an click on normal that should help if not check her desktop settings

:)
if your using internet explorer, click the file menu above and click VIEW then Text size. and choose medium, (thats windows default) see if that helps. |
Go to "display setting", under the "settings" of that on bottom right click "advanced", check the "DPI" setting. It could be set too high, just click to set to "normal". Hope that helps the problem.

19" monitor should be 1280 x 1024 resolution for best results

I have already tried clicking text size. But it does not always work. When you navigate to a web page, the text size is giant. it comes up this way every time when you log on. I have tried setting it to medium, and if I am in an email window it will fix that, but not a web page I might go to...it could be any web page....
