I went on a few dates from someone I met online. I never had a second date.

I haven't met any from this site,but I have met a couple from Craigslist...One of them I still talk to on occasion,and it turned out we may even be distant relatives..She just broke with a boyfriend,and has too much baggage.. There is another girl who has been texting me,and sending me pictures.She is a very talented person.She might be too young for me,but I have enjoyed talking to her..

I met six over last summer. Five of them were no way. The last one well let's just say I stopped looking and it's developing into something strong and great. We spend most weekends hanging out and long conversations on the phone. He is at the same stage in life as I am.
We are planning this summer full of adventures including hiking and mountain biking around nz.
Yea I'm hooked and I'm not moaning he can cook and clean lol and ladies he so sweet.

From my several years of trying to find Mr. right, I have come to the conclusion that there are too many fish in the sea and too many window shoppers. No one wants to stop looking when they find someone they like. There is a lot of dishonesty. It is so time consuming trying to find that one needle in a haystack. I have also learned that when a guy says "I like you a lot and would like to see you again but lets take it slow and be friends first" That means he is not that into you and it is a safe way for him to keep looking while he has you on a string.
I now dread the 1st meeting/interview. But I do it hoping that one day all of this crap will pay off and I will finally have the love of my life.
