And minimum of 2 witnesses to register a marriage. Which one is more dangerous??? Seeing as you can't get legally married without consent, at least in the U.S., but you can be murdered without your consent, I'd say murder is the more dangerous one. |

Doesn't Marriage come first then the murder by one spouse of the other? (Who lives and who dies depends on who the Nag is...)

A lot of the rules about marriage are about concerns about property and property transference. Rules about murder, are about protecting society, and punishment. Hence the requirement for more direct witnesses for marriage. It's about the money.
Not romantic or funny, but factual, unfortunately. |

Bitter Truth of Life.. You need atleast 1 witness to prove a murder............ And minimum of 2 witnesses to register a marriage. Which one is more dangerous??? you don't have to prove a murder, you just have to prove it beyond 'reasonable' doubt,,,no one has to witness it if the evidence and circumstances are strong enough any time someone is left breathing, it is less 'harm' than if they die |

Unfortunately that is a fact, and much more now in these days of interminable financial crises. All you have to do is wait half a second before your text-proficient female applicant for "happiness" and "ever after" asks you what job you do and what kind of car you drive to determine if the time spent in the relationship can translate into a big enough alimony paycheck after she's done assassinating your character, dragging your good name through the mud and kicking you to the curb like a weirdo bum while she lives in YOUR house. |
