There is this fellow I know that is very shy. Often he takes his wiener dog "Pepper" to the Park so women will come over and talk to him.
Lately he has noticed if he puts a sweater on "Pepper" more women stop to talk.

What else could he dress his wiener dog in that would attract the most women?

He could just say, " I want you ladies to think about my penis in a park & want you want to do with it "

Not everyone loves Dachshunds but they are wonderful pets, loyal for life.

In some climates dogs with short hair also get cold like people.

I grew up where the temperature got below 0. W always had pet dogs, cats, birds. They always wanted to go outside no matter how cold it was. We could not keep them indoors. We never put clothing on them.

Can't argue that as I was brought up in temperature well below zero also as a kid, and our animals were with us through it all. Times change along with peoples ways with pets and as far as the Dachshunds are concerned they are the greatest small dog you can own. Small and cuddly.
