Oh, now I see.... Kinda emotional support from the opposite sex when need be.
I saw that in a movie. This guy was left by His girlfriend a few months to the wedding, for another man. It was very hurting and divastating for him. He needed someone to understand and walk him through the painful ordeal. There was this nice lady he met at the bar who stood by him till he found himself back. Hugs, affirmation, encouragement, dinners, shoulder to cry on....any time he called her. Nothing wrong with that. I would be supportve, too if need be. |

I think for most people...
We need to have some emotional connection to have a sexual desire. I do know there are extremes to this and those people have issues bonding well with anyone most of the time. |

And I suppose that it would be the same for gays.. Maybe this demi-thing has to do with sex drive.. some sort of brain chemical thing..? Whaddu I know..? |

I don't know If I'm demisexual, I just don't care for sex. I think because I've never had a sexual encounter I would want to repeat.
