1/4 yam 1/4 squash 1/2 bowl of noodle carbs 1/4 beet 1/4 Cauliflower small french dip Protein/Bread Glass of water This will be my last meal until 6:30am |

At 3pm my Dinner was 1 1/2 cup of Homemade Hamhocks and Beans without Farts because I was taught to put a dash of baking soda while they are soaking overnight! 4 hours and no Farts yet!
With a glass of beet, juice! |

Cooked carrots, cooked yams with sauteed onions steamed cauliflower, Carrots liquid, yams liquid, and cauliflower liquid mixed with a Refreshing Drink. Great vitamins. A glass of water. by the end of the year, I will have reached my goal! |
