Why is it that on some profiles you can't match with the person because that selection is grayed out?

Mobile unit? The only thing I have ever heard of being 'grayed out' is, the Premium package will prompt you to acquire to see who those really are. If you 'Match' with them, you see them anyway.

I am able to click match with this person on some but not on others.
