i've already worked today, and the last 3 nights i've gotten between 3-4 hours of sleep, so I'm tried now. No pain like you though.

ive got so much tylenol in my system i should be sick as hell,, but its the only thing helping right now

I bet... I prefer Ibuproferin to Tylenol though. Are you going to get them removed soon?

im trying to get in with a dentist that goes on a sliding scale,, he should be able to work with me, just got to get the swelling down first

Don't make me drag you to the dentist steve. I went through this with crazy brian exactly one year ago. Big scary biker scared of the dentist.
