this is going to be the very first that much high heel i will be trying to stand on in the last 10+ years.
i had an accident at 2003, ever since i never wore very high heels
it is going to be a very big challenge for me as well
i will wear them when i am with my parents, so that they can collect me if i fall down

i use red lentils instead, and after the lentils go soft i add diced potatoes as well. at the end i process all in the blender. but not necessary.. actually they say not blending them is better. because the fibrous structure of the vegetables are good for your stomach and when you blend them, you leave no job for your stomach or intestines..

i like the foods very chilli. red peeper flakes or black pepper etc is never enough for me. so i put hot mustarda when cooking. i may be the only person putting mustard into lentil soup lol. but the taste doesnt change, so no problem.
