I know men ask the same questions regarding women, but what gets me here with these kind of forum posts is that the OP hardly ever responds.
is that because they struck lucky or because they didn't really want a genuine/honest/real man to start with? why post asking for certain people to get in touch if you don't respond when they do

You mean not responding back in their forum thread? Because it's a billboard and they want to sit and wait for people to fill their inbox. You mean not responding to the inbox messages they receive from their billboard? Just because a responder believes they fulfill the billboarder's criteria doesn't mean the poster of said billboard forum thread agrees. |

Cos it's usually new Minglers, they try the site, find it doesn't work out for them, then they get PO and want to rant, see there's a forum, "Oh that's handy!!", post their rant, then bugger off to .... Eharmony, PoF or whatever site, or maybe the nearest pub.

Always check the profile, the pic, the post count & the posts. . BEFORE you post to the person or message them. Most people are one hit wonders. And are trying to draw people into their email.

Most of those posters don't seem to be serious giantowl. They are just throwing out bait and hoping for increased emailers . And as ciretom said, not everyone who emails will meet the posters criteria. You really can take the online world seriously
