i would rather talk to someone with a pic, cause you never know, they
might have MOST WANTED pics around the country, or maybe they were on
the DATELINE show when they talked about sexual preditors over the
internet, or what if they just happen to be a long lost relative, gross.

Ok, yes I would...I did AND found out why he didn't have one...but I
haven't heard from him in AGES.

SONGBIRD that is hilarious. I'm a new member so I chose to dig up old
posts because it's interesting. All these new posts are being killed to

lol now I know i'm as ugly as a donkeys butt! but at least i'm brave

Everything happens in stages. Every person is different. I'm not
sharing my pic with strangers, not in the information age. But if
someone shows me I have a reason to share it with them, and they want it
as part of getting to know me better, then I'll share it.

I put two extremes, one when I am in running/fitness shape and one when
I'm in lifting, climbing, kayaking shape. I'll almost always be
somewhere in the middle, but hopefully not the only basis of interest

I don't use a publicly accessible face pic for the same reason I don't
use my real name in the forums.

Its inevitable that you will be able to search for all of the online
photos of a particular person, simply by having one photo of the person.
So a completely stranger, or co-worker, potential employer, competitor,
etc., will be able to snap a photo of you, and then pull up all of your
posts on JSH?

Do you feel not having a photo of you may decrease your chances of
interests from someone else?

Personally, by reading your posts it makes me interested in who you are
because it shows your mindset.

However, not everyone posts on threads

I talk to the blue boxes on the posts- but would like them

to post a pic. Would not get close to a blue box unless they

well i have pics of animals on my profile and i also have pics of myself
but ppl are so judgemental and so paranoid, i would talk to someone who
doesnt have a pic but if it got romantic i would need to know what they
look like, and there is nothin wrong with havin animal pics posted.

I've never been very photogenic. (and I'm shy) lol
But I do have a couple pics on my profile.

kntrygrl if users are smart they'll know to look at your other photos in
your gallery lol
