Alot of guys feel the need to post this same thing, don't take it personal. Just particpate in the forums, keep mailing people that catch your eye, if they don't responde, don't worry. Just enjoy the site and have fun in the forums.

You aren't alone... I like to think... its their loss... they can't get to know me for me, they see my photo and go away.. good.. who needs them... Trust me, there are some out there.. that will not look away, because of your photo... they'll be there, because they enjoy your company.... Try to stay positive.. easier said than done.. I know! Nah you are fine....work on some social skills...meaning keep interacting with people here and stop focussing too much on what you are not doing right blah. You will find your confidence will grow and more people here will enjoy your company and learn more about you as a person but if you are going to sit on ya perch and expect for everything to fall in your lap you will be bored s-hitless and probably blame the world for your misery

I think she means people will look at your profile and see where you are located at and then base their decision on the fact you are too far away from them. Yes it's silly I know I'll talk to anyone and I could care less where they live at after all it is an online forum and I really don't expect too much to happen.

right wardriver--- i have a lot of guys look at my profile--outragous amount, however no one ever contacts me, i hope it is because of the distance...it is not easy to start any kind of relationship with someone who lives far away. i do not believe LDR can work for me-- they have for a few people here on JSH, but...
