Now, don't waste your tears on a man that just told ya he is leaving you. That is what you need to work on, to be able to control your emotions and once you master that...healing will kick in automatically.

Busy yourself and avoid making small talks to him. To me he is not worthy of your time and if he expects you to carryon like there's no problem, tell him to go tell someone who cares!. Your situation is still raw...don't confuse yourself with your reality with this guy and slip ups....its over and the sooner he moves on the better things will be for you AND the rest is up to you too.

Its very hard. Lived with my ex, while I was trying to find another place... in the end, you come to the realization, that things really are at the end... you just need to have time and.. go thru the emotions... let them come out, don't hold them in....
