Homemade cookies... yum. What is gyozo's? The cookies ended up being 'chocolate drop' cookies.. My gyozo's ended up being more like.... imagine an eggroll shell, filled with a minced meat, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, oil..and fried. Still good..

No, I used spring roll wrappers. The large size. They were hard to find. Ahhh. I WAS using potstickers, but read a label and saw that the ones you buy in the store use phyllo so was just awondering if you had tried them as I have not :-)

i will bake these in the morning stuffed with mashed potatoes + spring onions + parsley
