Topic: Naked Yoga

I guess this is the new craze/fad. At my 2nd yoga class, I was given a glimpse of moves that I will embrace, however... I am not interested in seeing dangling bits and pieces. NO, erase that visual!! I won't be signing up is all I'm sayin..

I can actually see you giving "hot" yoga " a trial run....you will enjoy it....its fun ...the bits and pieces are covered..or you can attend..ladies only classes...just saying..

How on earth do they concentrate concentrate on what? as long as i'm the only guy in the class, i'd be in heaven...

No ,,, pretty sure I would be tres uncomfortable.. It's naked yoga... No bits are covered and Moe, it's male and female together... Not ladies only (even if it was, I don't roll that way)..omg

A friend of mine has been attending Naked Yoga classes for 5 years... He and his wife enjoy it...

Apparently, the yoga class is held in the steam room or in a dry sauna ...to each their own...just saying..

Although it might give me a new feeling of being dressless among others, I would definitely be in hot water. Especially when it is a co-class. I can't even imagine to be in a place where I'm surrounded with ladies in bikinies, let alone to dressless ones. I would like it but I would also feel uncomfortable. Thus I'd say, I do agree that it's difficult to concentrate because it's something out of ordinary.

in this era yoga will not give full result. going to gym is better. naked yoga is not for normal peoples its for saints ...
