I don't think that walking out on someone is rude....
If you are bored to death and are tired of sitting there trying to spark a conversation with a wet piece of wood and watching others hold a conversation....and the person that you are with asks if you are ready to leave but still sits there........then they deserve to get walked out on!!!!

It was discussed, but I guess he felt that if he sat there longer holding my hand and staring at me that I would stay longer......NO WAY!!! I said I was ready to go and that was that.
