FYI Using grapeseed oil is really great for cooking fondue meats because it doesn't smoke/burn as easily. Grapeseed oil...I have never tried it before but why not sure. Thanks for the tip, I will try it

I am planning a romantic in-my-house date with the new lady in my life but not sure what to order or cook? Should I order or cook (maid will cook)? What do you think would be best for my first in-my-house date? PS. She loves meat Ask her, Your close so relax and speak together about what the two of you will enjoy.

That sounds good but don't make it a buffet, you know. Different wines pair with different meats...you can look that up online when you decide. Don't forget some nice bread. Keep it simple and do it right. Good luck, sounds like you really care for her. You never know, she may be the one!  It is merlot (red wine) so should be fine with everything. Actually I don`t know what she likes in meat so a bit of everything would help me know her better. I don`t want to ask her but still want to know what she likes from her. Also I am looking for tart, cake and crepe for dessert. We went for only two dates but there is a connection which I can feel. I want to know her more and hope for the best future for us

Sorry Bro..there should be some mystery or surprise. She doesn`t need to think but just relax as you are taking care of her (I know what she is allergic to so playing safe there). She should trust my judgement and that will helps her to be more comfortable with me
