I'd like to know what the Americans on here really think of Trump.

I hope this topic stays on track but I won't hold my breath.

Is anyone considering voting for him, a private question so no problem if you don't answer, I just wondered how seriously he was being taken over there.

All we get here is his controversial statements so it's hard to make out what people actually think of him and if they would want him as President.

I find him a divisive , arrogant , ill equipped, and ill informed narcissist

but it seems a large portion of the deprived 'majority' are really feeling his brand of bigotry and following him to the end,,,

its more about his support/chance of actually being the one to be the leader of the free world,,,

Im sure conservatives would be reacting similarly if it seemed like Al Sharpton or Farrakhan were going to get the nomination, and they aren't NEARLY as bigoted and ignorant

This man is appears to love attention and showmanship. I have a difficult time taking any of his antics seriously. What is disconcerting to me is that there are swaths of people who vehemently support him. That should rally the apathetic voters out the door and to the poll - on some level, I think that may be his motive.

I would not vote for Trump for numerous reasons.

It think his candidacy is a joke and he is just doing it to show boat. Maybe peeve his kids that don't want to walk away from Daddy's financial legacy but who clearly only pay lip service to respecting him. It is about time for him to get hit with another divorce. Or for someone to pop up with competency papers and move Daddy dearest to seclusion; maybe to keep him out of jail for one or another financial fraud.

I think if he gets anywhere close to the office the Chinese will have him assassinated because they are not going to let him bankrupt their money and they are not going to let him be bed buddies with Putin. And I don't think they are worried about his bluster hurting any of the trade agreements after the election. Have you seen any record that trump cares about anything butt he all mighty dollar profit in any of the deals where he pilfered businesses.

The south of the border drug cartels clearly see him as a joke. Let him putting a lot of their relatives to work doing the construction on a wall they have already established an underground system to get past. And Trump has already figured out how to hire illegals in his hotels systems like all the rest. Won't be any real jobs for the masses of unemployed Americans. Might prop up some property values but my guess is more serious property is owned by off shore investors than actual Americans and they want to keep the property values up along the Mexican Border.

The wild card is the 200,000 ex-military that I don't think have totally fallen for his tactics. They don't really want back in the military to mop up in Syria or Europe and they do want real jobs which he hasn't said anything substantively about developing them. He is a rich man candidate and most of the ex-military I know want to get out of the military slums and actually be able to earn enough to afford and build businesses and homes with out lining the pockets of unions. They get that the VA health system is not going to be there for them or the social insecurity system.

I think too many have figured out that Most of Europe and the world in general are not going to do anything with Trump because his standard operating method is to make people eat crow and all that is going to do is cripple Americans who want to do international business.

Get ready to embrace your new president Donald Trump... He is the only one who can revive America he has the know how and also has the respect from around the world he is the only one who did not need funding for his campaign and yet gave money to campaign others running against him...People need to realize that another democrat in office regardless who it is; it is going to ruin America because the balance will become too great to recover from... he is the best candidate running...
