yes man! just be patient in your search here...
patience is the virtue that will make you more attractive. and be wary, not suspicious at all. scumbags are present everywhere. you know what to do with that! again just be patient!!! i've found the love of my life here, heheheh though we're in an ldr for now.. but we trust each other.. that's patience, in time you will have yours too! good luck and happy hunting!!!! |

Some mens re lying n fakes here, some of the girls are no different hahahahhahahah @BHawkins, you are very true indeed... fakes don't have a gender... some are manufactured in their wicked minds and some in factories all over the world... you know what i mean, right? |

True . The good ones, we know who we are & don't need to lie, but still a dying breed on both sides

Never heard that one before. hahhahahah don't bother maam.. it's a metaphor. it's somewhat a street slang here in my place for someone who uses other people to gain money or anything and gets lumps as a karma afterwards. |

Im beginning to believe that the majority of the men on here are liars. They dont really want to find a date. They keep asking me if i have yahoo. Why is that? I've left them my number and some have left me their's only to find out they want to text me, Really!

It seems like a lot of persons are just looking for ppl to chat with and not physically date or start a committed relationship. Also why is it that persons have a problem with long distance relationships? Yes It takes more work but it isn't impossible! People say they want change from the "norm" but aren't as open minded as they think they are.

People say they want change from the "norm" but aren't as open minded as they think they are. It's hard enough making a "local" relationship work..long distance ones are almost impossible. Most (not all)foreigners on here are either scammers OR have difficulty getting visas to come here unless you go there and marry them. So its not that they are not open minded...just practical |

I think some people like the idea of falling in love, while it's an idea.
However when they start chatting to someone and it starts to get serious they realise it's not what they want and then they enjoy the drama of it ending. Then they start all over again, they are in love with the process or idea of falling in love but it's not what they actually want. I avoid anyone who calls themselves a hopeless romantic. |

You only get out of it what you put into it. You are right about the scammers because even some men I've found on these sites are doing that bs. But all aren't the same and Bahamians don't need Visas to travel to the U.S And most of us travel to the U.S frequently I can speak for myself for certain, sometimes work related, sometimes for fun and relaxation. But Why turn down or simply just shut out an opportunity of what could be a honest, sincere meaningful life of happiness because of a few bad breaks? All persons are not the same and this Bahamian here is no comparison to the others. Life is good here for me, just looking for a partner to experience and enjoy what life has to offer. And be able to love someone and get the same in return not looking to move to the USA for a "better way of life"lol It's still better in the Bahamas! :)

Except I almost got arrested there for not having a shirt on (or maybe that was Bermuda). Lost track of all the beautiful Islands I've been to. Anyway, I was only saying people don't"look" for a long distance relationship but if you start chatting with someone and you hit it off then there are no boundaries in love and being in a place that is easy to travel to makes a big difference I'm sure. |
