There are a few topics where you are asked about the person above you. My question is, do you answer based on picture alone, or do you check out the profile, too? Just curious at the majority. I have posted on one of these topics, and the person replying to me says stuff like , "Hard to tell" or "That's not a pic, just a JUSTSAYHI sign."
 I myself look @ profile.

well i look at profiles too, but the pictures are wut grab the persons attention. i dunno, its kind of balanced. but i do know that if u have a pic, than u get way more responses

generally from the pic...then look at the profile. If they look a little young...I scope out prof first so I can avoid being a "dirty old man"

the general idea is to get to know a person for who they are on the inside as compared to what is on the outside.. someone could be the hottest sexiest person in the world but if theres no one home then why bother to even try.. people are to superficial and need to realize that all that truely matters about a person is what is on the inside only... outside is only a detour of emotions in the beginging..

I find out more about the person from forum posts than anything. A pic and a profile won't tell me anywhere near what I need to know before I decide to have sex with someone, or run naked through the car wash with someone, or play blindfolded backgammon with someone. There's a lot of crazy people out there, you know. Hey, close the window already.

Very true, all. My thing is safety, so I try not to post my pic on sites where anyone I don't know can see it, better safe than sorry, all that. That's why I don't do the pic thing on here. I ws just curious about what others thought. I am viually impaired, so I go by the profile more than the pic. If they're hot, that's just an added bonus!

I can't grasp the chemistry... or maybe the animal magnitism...better put, the body language and the delicate nuances of a developed personality on the internet....it bugs me... I think that part is missing on any site. But the depth of a person is what can help a relationship to last. But watching a woman walk and talk and hold a steady gaze....oh, boy.

Yo, Max. a friend and I were at lunch with other friends & someone called him handsome, and he commented he wasn't handsome, but I told him the inside is wa makes him handsome. Hey he cracks me up!

That's the beauty of this site, though, give just enough to tantilize, make a new friend, and see where it leads. THEN you can get the the core of the personality & stuff.

looks go as you age so if you looking for long term then you should probably focus on the profile but if your looking for one night then the picture is most important

Here's something funny, too. I'm 4 ft. 7, and I was with my best friend in Walmart when she and another woman started talking. Anne mentioned her daughter, and the other woman asked if I was the daughter!

It is fast paced, I would say most don't look at profiles. Most are comfortable just posting, I would suggest uploading a pic. Doesn't take long, and people can associate a name with a face, just my .02 |
