I walked away from this issue to keep th "RIFT" from growing,

Okay Michael since its not an ex, it has to deal with family my thoughts
are then it could be a house and truck with the land that was left for
you. NOw if that is so you have two choices get a lawyer and fight for
what is yours or chalk it up and walk away. That is a tough call. And
one that you will have to weigh the odds for if your other family
members stand behind you then its not a hard choice. But then if it was
mine to began with hummm they would be packing there bags sooner than
they would want too.

Th land and such,are only "material things" and have been replaced.But
