Actually your profile is pretty good. A few smiling photos to add adjectives to your interests would keep the tone happy, light, and kick start a conversation.

As realtor you know about "engaging" your eye contact with a little more smile but the suit jacket looks date worthy so upgrade to that when you can.

Think I would delete the first sentence of the third line as not needed. That is something you want to let go of and distance yourself from. Walking wounded is never attractive so don't want to suggest it.
