I was surfing the net. Decided to search where to met single people in Elizabeth NJ. thats how I found this site. I was happen to check this site and join my first time here.

Last year, I was talking to a girl on another site (who I later, unfortunately, met in person), and she asked me if I knew of any other free sites. I did a Google search and found this one. I signed up, and then everything else happened.

About a year ago, three elves came into my room, they were carrying axes and clubs and they told me if I didn't join they would rough me up. So, of course I joined.

I was on another dating site...which let me to this one. I joined back in Feb, but have not been an "active member" until April.

I wrote the forward to my sister's book. My first attempt at writing anything. She called me this afternoon and stated it was good. Her editor edited it and it is complete. She sent me a copy and I just looked at it thinking wow I did this? Cool eh? |

Did you like doing it? Because I think you'll find, if you keep at it, it gets a little easier. Especially once you find your style, your format. For me, there's nothing like having someone say, "Hey, I read that thing you wrote and I loved it, it really made sense to me." That never gets old. |

I was sent an invite by my friend, Laura. I never used a dating site before but I needed a pick-me-up after a bad breakup and she figured I would have fun. I accepted the invite and haven't stopped *stalk* looking around and meeting new people.....This is the only site I was on and the only one I will ever belong to.
(Unless you count the wallet stealing eMusic site, but couldn't be bothered with that one after 2 months.) |
