I am very particular about my own hygiene I shower once a day I wear deodorant and Cologne.. I brush my teeth 2 to 3 times a day.... I can't stand poor hygiene in others.. quick question sometimes women have a odor down below..wink wink.. is there any way to remedy this.. you ladies will know what I mean any advice would be helpful..happy
NO1 you are not a child but a grown man you know what remedies are for this...used to be summer's eve was what many women would use but doctor's recommend not douching because it tends to mess with the PH balance of the body and many women end up getting a yeast or bacterial infection by doing this too often. I would suggest she bathe or shower more often.

Yeah, I understand that everyone has things they deal with. I am really not so obsessive. I happen to enjoy brushing and flossing my teeth. I wash all over, including my "lady parts". I don't know what to do about that. Maybe all women are a little different?

RooRoo really??

No1 perhaps your friend is unaware she has a yeast infection? I know they can have an awful odour..
HOWEVER, and other ladies can correct me if I am wrong, but I think our lady parts will emit an 'essence'..but it shouldn't make you gag..and these parts should be thoroughly washed daily..and maybe an extra wash before, wink, wink..

A healthy woman who takes care of herself, doesn't smell down there. That healthy balance can easily get upset when she gets a sex life and/or by a man.
A man can introduce things to her body that get her intimate parts off-balance. This can be any part of him that touches her there. If his hands or fingernails aren't clean, the lady can get in trouble because of it, esp if she's sensitive to such things. Some girls are more sensitive to this than others.

Good after-sex routine can be very helpful here;
Not staying in bed to cuddle and sleep, but getting up as soon as possible, going to the loo to clean the urinary tract to prevent UTI, and washing yourself will usually help a lot, ESPECIALLY after oral sex. Lots and lots of bacteria in a mouth ...
And when a lady is very sensitive, even remnants of toothpaste or mouthwash -both very harsh- can upset her delicate parts.

Also, remember using spit to lubricate is rather gross, and introducing bacteria from your gob to her parts (yuk!). Have some respect and spend a few dollars on a bottle of lube. At least it's clean and won't affect your lady's health.

In my own experience it's usually caused by the man, and then the woman gets blamed for not being clean ohwell

There are products such a Femfresh that promote a balanced pH in that area. Quick wipes for 'on the go' freshness and a wash gel for daily use.

I agree with Crystal, it's what is 'introduced' that causes the problems!

I find some showergels and soaps react badly with me which can cause a smell.

In a general BO note, a fox is always the last one to smell its own scent. If you know the person well enough a discreet word could be appreciated on both parties. It is a sensitive subject but I would rather know if I stink!
