Well ??? I have the utmost respect for single Moms. The raise the kids, they work.. pay the bills, cook...they do everything. I don't know how they carry the load. I really respect them.

Well ??? What can I say about single Moms......... Well, they are the toughest of any group. They are resilient, dedicated, resourceful and seem to have a never ending amount of energy.. although we all know differently. They are tough, yet fair and very protective of their children, who.. are A #1 in their book. Single Moms are a special breed, I have nothing but the utmost respect for them.

Single Moms are a special breed... Good to know I'm breeded. I have never identified myself as a single mom. I'm just mother of three, like any woman in my position. And if I'm looking at them now, all grown up, I think I did good job as a mother, not as a single mom.

Single Moms are a special breed... Good to know I'm breeded. I have never identified myself as a single mom. I'm just mother of three, like any woman in my position. And if I'm looking at them now, all grown up, I think I did good job as a mother, not as a single mom. People go by their experiences.. all differ. My Mom brought up 8 kids by herself after my father died young. From 15 years old, down to 2 years old) Being a parent myself and looking back I have no idea how she did it.. really don't... but she did and all turned out fine because of her values. determination.. and her sacrifice to her children To me she ( and all woman who bring up children as a single parent) are a special breed of person.

Being a single mom is a lot of work. You don't really think about it, you just do what needs to be done. 2 of mine are grown now and my youngest starts high school in August. I think people who have raised kids are less selfish than those who haven't. It's hard to remember back when I only had myself to think about. If life had been as easy as it was before I had kids, I can imagine I would be very hard to please by now.

I wouldn't say all of those who haven't raised children are selfish, I'm definitely not! I was in a long term relationship with someone who had 2 until she messed up. I'm involved greatly with my great nieces who I spoil rotten. I even take them to the zoo to see tiger, my pet tiger who I had to put in the zoo as he got to big I think it's more the world we live in that has made many people selfish though.

I won't say single mom or dad. I will say single parent. We both share a lot of the same concerns. I wouldn't say all of those who haven't raised children are selfish, I'm definitely not! Hats off to all Single moms, the most intelligent, caring loving human beans i on this planet, not every single mother is what Iv described. I have known some real bad single moms, but the majority are indeed "Cheers to you and them
