Starting in the tax year 2008, men will be taxed on the size of their penis, hence known as the pecker tax. The tax brackets will be broken down thusly: Over 12" Luxury tax 9"-12" Pole tax 6"- 9" Standard tax rate 4"-6" Nuisance tax Those under 4" will be entitled to a refund
