Topic: mmm dating websites? | |

Dating sites have turned into a version of Ebay. You look at all the people who interest you, then you send out emails to (lets say) about twenty of them (basically a version of bidding) Once you get a "hit" you keep chatting it up (thus increasing your bid) in the hopes that you will actually win (and you don't have to use paypal). SOLD! To the charmer in the baseball cap! |

I still don't understand people that say they can't find a "real person". I don't know what that means.

I had been away for a while so I'm still in optimistic mode. Just have fun and be aware that it's a jungle out there.

Not that you are bitter, or anything. |

Good thing. Most men can’t write a profile for ****. If you think men's profile writing is bad, You should look at some of the women's profiles. I've been here since 2012. A lot of the ones I've seen can't even string enough words together to make a sentence. I still don't understand people that say they can't find a "real person". I don't know what that means.
It means too many fake profiles. Usually made by scammers and then abandoned. "Not real" meaning the use of fake pictures. They can be stock photos from anywhere on the net. To photos, at least for men, of female porn stars. It's also someone who pretends to be something they are not. |

Most profiles that I see only say “Hi.” Of the profiles that actually say something, a lot of them are full of run on sentences, and word salad. |
