I have the same problem you do. I live in an area where most guys' idea of fun is mudding or hunting, not literature or the latest scientific theories.

Actually, I really wanted to thank you for posting this topic. I was just getting ready to cave in and take someone I didn't want, when I hit that remark about turning 40 and having run out of conversations.

laugh Considering I'm turning 30 shortly, 40 isn't far enough off for me to want to be out of conversations with my chosen lady. I'm going to keep looking, and you should, too.

Curious, I know there is a great age difference in us so I am not suggesting anything but I have the same problem. I am not into sports at all and I am not really much of a partier yet most of the men I meet are not into intellectual conversations its sports or drinking and the like. I am not a genius by any means but I like to discuss issues and analytical prospectives and such. So don't feel alone women have that problem too. I don't know that I would suggest a library though because I know when I am at the library I am researching and male company is not on my mind but maybe art shows, museums and such????? Good luckbigsmile flowerforyou
