I have a beef roast slow cooking in the Crock-Pot, with some onions, carrots, potatoes, celery, and Emeril's Essence seasoning on it.

The last of my leftover homemade meat sauce and pasta. Since I want to knock off about 5 pounds this will be the last time I have pasta for a while. No more than a few carb calories a day.

I had a home made "Easter Pie" It is a Irish Easter tradition although you are not really supposed to eat them until Easter.. I cheated. It is made from 3 different meats and 4 different cheese. And each family makes it just a little different.
The recipes are handed down from generation to generations Good stuff :) |

Depending on the north Koreans!
Do I put the slow cooker on and have a casserole or just have a take away? Thing is, do I have enough time? |
